How prices are calculated
Wigix shows one indicative price per item. This page explains where that price comes from and what the numbers around it mean.
Sources
The catalogue (sets, cards and numbers) comes from TCGdex, an open database for Pokémon trading cards.
Market prices come through TCGdex from two marketplaces: Cardmarket (in euro) and TCGplayer (in US dollars). Each price on an item page names its source and the date it was observed.
Dollar prices are converted to euro at the ECB reference rate of the import day. The item page shows the listed dollar amount next to the euro amount.
The price
The price is the median of the latest observation per source. With two sources it is the midpoint between them. Low and high are the lowest and highest observation; the spread is the difference.
The 30-day change compares the Cardmarket trend price with the Cardmarket 30-day average. Items without that average show no trend yet.
Prices are indicative and not an offer. For now they come from a one-off import; a daily update is the next step, and the price history on each item page builds up from then.
Brands
Product and brand names are used descriptively to identify the items. Wigix is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brand owners.
